Welcome to the new website for the Funding Information Center!
Our new website was designed by a group of TCU M. J. Neeley School of Business students. We hope you will agree that they have continued our website goal of "user-friendly", while also enhancing existing features and adding new ones.
This "Learn about the new FIC website" page is to help you transition to the new site tabs, a few changes in the organization of our site, and new and improved links. Please give us a call 817-334-0228 if you need further assistance finding a resource on the site.
Home Page
Let's start out by showing you some of the major changes to the Home Page. All the content you used on our previous website is here, just put together in an easier-to-read format.

Several of the tabs that were located on the left side of the "Home" page are now located across the top of the new page--"Library", "Workshops", "Directory of Grantmakers", "Memberships", "Consulting", and "Sign-Up".
Some tabs are now located on drop-down menus--just click on the tabs across the top of the page and you will see "Who are We?", "How can I help?", "Ask the Librarian", "Nonprofit Links", "Local Resources". The tabs labeled "What's New", "Calendar", "Volunteer Opportunities", and "Job Opportunities" remain as links on the left side of the new page. Also, new links for "Testimonials" and "Photos" have been added to the left side of the new page.
Library

The "Library" tab now contains a drop down list with links to our "Library Services" page, the “Ask the Librarian” section, and our "Webliography"--a list of selected internet sites of interest to non-profits. Also included in the Library drop down list is the “On the Shelf” link which leads to our monthly update of additions to the library collection.
Information & Referral

The new "Information & Referral" tab contains links to our "Staff Contact" Information page, as well as links to pages listing Local, State, and National resources for non-profits. The last drop down item on the "Information and Referral" tab links to a page on which we have captured some of the best "frequently asked questions" pages in the country.
Membership

The "Membership" tab now contains a drop-down list that links to a description of our membership program, the membership sign-up page, and a list of our current members.
About Us

The new "About Us" tab contains links to the “Who Are We” page which includes the history of FIC and a brief description of the FIC services. The two other drop downs under the “About Us” tab link to pages that tell you how to become a supporter of FIC and how to donate to the Funding Information Center online.
Thank you!
We hope you find our new site even more helpful to you in your work. Please feel free to search the new website so that you can get familiar with all of the new features!
